Are you experienced in product builds within fast-paced environments and have exposure to generative AI? We are looking for a dynamic Program Manager to support an application team as they develop Gen AI projects. Your responsibilities will include defining projects, maintaining and adapting workflows, and presenting status updates to senior leadership. Strong change management, organizational, workflow, and Excel skills are essential. Excellent communication skills are critical, especially when interacting with senior leadership. While an application background is a plus, it's not required. You should be adaptable, eager to learn, and capable of driving projects to completion. Preferred candidates will have experience with generative AI projects and an understanding of agile methodologies.

This is a hybrid opportunity in Denver, CO with two days onsite required.

Contract Duration: 3 month contract to hire

Required Skills & Experience

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree

  • 5+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably working with emerging technologies and/or large change management efforts

  • Product Build Experience in fast paced environment

  • Exposure to Gen AI

  • Change Management Organization/Workflow

  • Excel Skills

  • Great Communication

  • Proven record of success launching and executing large-scale programs

  • Demonstrated ability to navigate rapidly changing environments

  • Candidates must be builders and highly agile.

  • A track record of delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is a must

  • Experience working with senior stakeholders and management

  • Demonstrated ability to self-direct and prioritize constantly evolving workload

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Willingness to dive deep and experiment rapidly

  • Experience creating formal program management deliverables / reports

  • Agile Methodology

What You Will Be Doing

Daily Responsibilities

  • Manages the launch and full lifecycle of a complex, cross-functional program in the emerging tech space.

  • Works closely with key stakeholders, including national, global, and service leaders to ensure alignment with organizational goals and business objectives.

  • Develops and implements a comprehensive program strategy, including defining scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics.

  • Defines and articulates the long-term vision for the program, while developing short-term plans that enable the achievement of objectives.

  • Implements processes in support of the Technology Project/Program Management work area's overall strategy.

  • Implements robust tracking and reporting mechanisms to monitor program progress, performance, and outcomes.

  • Communicates program results to leaders and key stakeholders. Provides timely and accurate reporting on status, identified barriers, and timelines.

  • Manages the program budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources and adherence to financial constraints.

  • Stays abreast of the latest advancements in generative AI and related technologies, and drives continuous improvement and innovation within the program.

  • Simplifies complex technology subjects in a way that can be easily understood by less technical audiences

  • Oversees cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, consultants, and other specialists, to ensure cohesive and effective collaboration.

  • Guides junior colleagues through consultation and mentoring
