ESS Metron Manufacturing Engineer in Denver, Colorado

As a Manufacturing Engineer you will:
• Have experience working proactively with project teams to optimize product design for manufacturability and testability throughout the development cycle and NPI. Leading NPI efforts at the production level to ensure a smooth transition of stated requirements and deliverables from product development to production.
• Have experience recognizing the need for, and implementing change as needed to improve product quality to achieve first-pass yield and OTD of 90% or greater, presenting these changes in daily standup meetings to ensure goals.
• Have experience developing and maintaining manufacturing documents and processes for existing and new products (NPI) that function in low & high volume manufacturing environments, developing root cause analysis for non-conforming materials and products when needed.
• Have experience designing and maintaining simple "go/no-go" fixtures for assembly and testing.
• Have experience coordinating with supplier development and selection programs to ensure that suppliers are equipped to succeed with Particle Measuring products.
A successful candidate for this role will:
• Have a Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering or a related field.
• Have 5+ years of progressive experience in a manufacturing engineering role, with three or more in an NPI role with electro/mechanical products.
