Join Our Team as a Construction Laborer! ($20-26/hr) – DENVER METRO AREA
Job Title: Construction Laborer
Shift: 6:00am/7:00am start time (Monday-Friday)
Pay: $20-26/hr (weekly pay!)
Job Description:
Are you ready to build your career in construction? As a Construction Laborer, you'll play a crucial role in site clean-up and prep work. Your tasks will vary by division including installing insulation, applying weather barriers, breaking up concrete, and restoring historical wood windows and doors.
Responsibilities:
Site Clean-Up & Preparation: Keep the site organized and ready for work.
Insulation Installation: Fit bat insulation into interior wall cavities.
Equipment Operation: Operate boom lifts or swing stages as needed.
Weather Barriers & Sealants: Install exterior weather barriers and apply joint sealants.
Concrete Work: Break up concrete with a jackhammer and perform repairs.
Rebar & Concrete: Tie rebar, mix, pour, and finish concrete.
Restoration: Restore historical wood windows and doors.
Essential Skills:
Experience: 1+ year in construction.
Tool Proficiency: Skilled with hand and power tools.
Environment Adaptability: Comfortable in commercial construction settings.
Specialized Skills: Waterproofing, caulking, sealants, and concrete work.
Versatility: Experience in carpentry, HVAC, insulation, landscaping, and painting.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Eagerness to Learn: Willingness to learn a trade.
Previous Experience: Landscaping, concrete, waterproofing, carpentry, painting, caulking, or site clean-up.
Tool Ownership: Own hand and power tools or be willing to acquire them.
