Job Title: Carpenter
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Carpenter. Your duties will include managing all finish aspects of the project, including flooring, drywall patching, backing, blocking, and punch list work. You will also be responsible for site cleanup. The ideal candidate is flexible and open to doing whatever it takes to get the job done, not considering any job duty as 'beneath' them. Our projects range from 10-15 million on average, focusing on multifamily, new construction affordable housing jobs, and restaurants. All projects are unoccupied, and while our current projects are primarily in the Metro Denver area, candidates may occasionally be required to travel as far as Boulder for work.
Hard Skills

This is a fully on-site position in BOULDER, Colorado.
Work Environment
Our work environment is fast-paced and project-focused. We are dedicated to new construction of affordable housing and restaurants, with our projects being unoccupied during construction. While our projects are mainly located in the Metro Denver area, occasional travel may be required.
