IDR Inc Accounts Payable Clerk in Denver, Colorado
IDR is looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join one of our digital sports media clients! This is a part-time role in Denver, CO. This is a contract- based position.
Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Clerk:
- Maintain up to date and accurate Accounts Payable balance on a weekly basis
- Ensure relevant vendor information is input correctly into the company's system of record
- Ensure expenses are categorized to the proper GL account and operating entity (i.e. specific network or department)
- Assist in tracking prepaid expenses and identifying the amounts to accrue on the P&L each month
Required skills of the Accounts Payable Clerk:
- 2+ years of relevant experience in accounts payable, data entry, or similar accounting related clerical role
- Proficient in Excel and QuickBooks Online, Bill.com, or similar accounting/payables software
- Strong attention to detail

Compensation Details: $20-21/hr
