General Job Description and Expectations:                                                                                                      

As a Concrete Foreman you will report to the Production Manager and will be responsible for the supervision and direction of the Concrete Teams and their associated equipment, ensuring that all work is delivered safely on time and within budget along with managing equipment and materials required. Develops a master plan of operation, coordinates the plan with Account Manager prior to starting work and effectively communicates the plan to appropriate personnel. You are the primary person responsible for all customer communication at the jobsite.

Qualifications:

  • Have a positive and safe work site attitude.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Outstanding attention to detail providing quality work.
  • At least four years of concrete experience in which two of those were in a supervisory

          position.

  • Correctly interpret blueprints, plans and drawings.

  • Proficient in concrete mix, and the effects of its usage.

``` - Possess an active, up-to-date driver's license. OSHA 30 certification preferred. Previous job-

     related certifications a plus.

  • Ability to stand, stoop, bend, and crouch for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to lift to fifty pounds.
  • Ability to work in exposed conditions such as heat, cold, rain, and wind.
