WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Managing all field activity
- Directing crews and ensuring quality standards
- Resolving problems that may occur during installs
- Inspecting job site before, during, and after installs
- Performing quality control walk-throughs with homeowners
- Performing minor roof repairs
- Committing to personal and team goals
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2 years of experience within the trades
- 1 year of roofing experience
- Coachable
- Team player
- Organized
- Effective communicator
- Must be able to climb ladder and lift up to 50 pounds

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
