*Job Overview:* We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Biller to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately billing patients and insurance companies, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining patient records. *Responsibilities:* - Review and verify accuracy of billing data and revise any errors - Prepare and submit claims to insurance companies - Follow up on unpaid claims within standard billing cycle timeframe - Utilize medical coding to ensure compliance with federal regulations - Process payments from insurance companies and patients - Resolve billing issues and discrepancies *Requirements:* - Proficiency in medical billing software systems - Knowledge of ICD-10, ICD-9, DRG, and medical coding procedures - Familiarity with medical office operations and procedures - Experience in medical collections is a plus - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry - Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients and insurance companies Join our team as a Medical Biller to contribute to the efficient operation of our healthcare facility while ensuring accurate billing practices and patient satisfaction.
