Job Title: Adobe Campaign Classic Developer (Remote)

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead the design and implementation of Adobe solutions to optimize user experiences across multiple channels.

· Design develop and maintain Adobe Campaign solutions.

· Collaborate with marketing teams to execute and optimize online campaigns.

· Integrate Adobe Campaign with other systems and data sources.

· Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to campaign execution.

· Oversee the development and deployment of personalized content and campaigns using Adobe.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Adobe with other marketing technologies.

· Provide technical guidance and support to team members on Adobe best practices.

· Develop and maintain documentation for Adobe configurations and processes.

· Monitor and analyze the performance of Adobe campaigns to identify areas for improvement.

· Ensure the scalability and reliability of Adobe implementations.

· Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

· Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of Adobe deployments.

· Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Adobe and multi-channel marketing.

· Conduct training sessions and workshops to upskill team members on Adobe functionalities.

· Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality deliverables.

· Collaborate with the analytics team to measure the impact of Adobe campaigns on business outcomes.

Qualifications:

· Possess a minimum of 8 years of experience in designing and implementing Adobe solutions.

· Demonstrate strong expertise in multi-channel marketing and personalization strategies.

· Have a proven track record of successfully deploying Adobe in complex environments.

· Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.

· Show proficiency in collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

· Display strong communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Salary and Other Compensation :

Applications will be accepted until April 17, 2025.

The annual salary for this position is between $81,000 - $180,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
