Description
Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Journeyman Abrasive Blasters for projects located in Deer Park, WA . This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $30/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:
Perform sandblasting to remove rust, scale, paint, and other contaminants from metal and hard materials
Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency
Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and calibrated for optimal performance
Prepare surfaces for further coating applications, such as painting and powder coating
Monitor the quality of the surface preparation and make adjustments as needed
Requirements
Must have all proper PPE
Abrasive Blasting Certification
Proven experience in abrasive blasting and surface preparation
Knowledge of SSPC standards and best practices in surface preparation
Minimum of 4+ years of experience
