We are currently searching for a Business Development Manager who can connect us with ideal customers and maintain strong communication with existing clients. The ideal candidate will define and implement effective contact processes to expand our reach and establish long-term relationships, while actively seeking out new business opportunities to boost revenue. Objectives of the Business Development Manager include:
  • Team up with management to create and roll out a solid business growth plan.
  • Keep strong, positive relationships with our clients.
  • Keep an eye on sales progress to make sure we're hitting our goals.
  • Track all outreach and prospecting efforts to keep things organized.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct research to identify customer prospects.
  • Promote the company's services to existing and prospective clients.
  • Participate in collaborative business meetings to update key stakeholders.
  • Provide continuous, constructive feedback to salespeople.
  • Generate a constant flow of new leads.
  • Engage with existing clients to help expand client business.
  • Grow the Potential client list and engage in a multi-touch campaign. Including active participation in networking groups, email prospecting, telemarketing, trade show activity and other activities.
  • Interact with clients and respond to important inquiries about the company's products or services.
