WSP USA Project Coordinator, NSDF in Deep River, Ontario

The Opportunity:

WSP is seeking a Project Coordinator who will assist in leading a complex multi-disciplinary civil and construction remediation project in Chalk River Ontario. Dive into this dynamic role where your coordination skills bring projects to life. As a pivotal member of our team, you’ll work hand-in-hand with the Project Manager, driving project success from the ground up.

This opportunity is to join the WSP team responsible for the execution and construction of the Near Surface Disposal (NSDF) Project in Chalk River. The NSDF project represents a 5-year build of the low-level waste repository in Chalk River, with an estimated capital cost of more than $500M.

Please note we will consider candidates based in various locations throughout Ontario, but this opportunity is based at the project on-site in Chalk River, Ontario .

What you can expect to do here:

What you'll bring to WSP:

  • Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Engineering or Construction Management or a related field.

  • More than four years of related work experience coordinating construction projects.

  • Experience in environmental or nuclear construction projects considered an asset.

  • Familiar with supporting the Project Manager with schedule, design and construction process.

  • Software proficiency: MS Office, Adobe, Oracle

  • Must be eligible for CNL Reliability Stauts security clearance (individual must have THREE full years of recent, concurrent years of verifiable history in Canada, USA, UK, New Zealand and/or Australia).
