The End of Line Test team is seeking a Project Manager to assist with Business IT requirements for the implementation of solutions that cater to manufacturing needs. The Project Manager will collaborate with various teams including Manufacturing Engineering (Process, Quality, etc.), Vendors, Vehicle Operations Manufacturing Engineering (VOME), Site IT, and Tech Refresh teams to deploy and maintain business applications that enhance the manufacturing process and contribute to vehicle assembly. The ideal candidate should possess experience in supporting plant floor applications in Vehicle Operations, Battery, or Powertrain plants.

In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring that IT requirements are effectively addressed through Business Managed solutions.

• Research, imagine, and design highly usable and intuitive solutions for products and services to solve customers’ problems that align with targeted business opportunities.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the enterprise to solve critical business needs.

What you’ll be able to do:

• Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements for business-managed IT solutions.

• Regularly communicate with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress, address concerns, and ensure alignment with business goals.

• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions and ensure the successful implementation of Business Managed IT solutions.

• Implement quality assurance processes to ensure that IT solutions meet established standards and fulfill business needs.

• Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to procure necessary resources and services for business-managed IT solutions.

You'll Have…

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Information Systems, or a related field

  • Project Management Experience: Proven track record of successfully managing IT projects from initiation to completion.

  • IT Background: Strong understanding of IT systems, technologies, and infrastructure.

  • Business Acumen: Ability to align IT solutions with the organization's business goals and objectives.
