Job Description:

*Skills: *Required: * Establish and maintain an SAP Testing/QA Testing Plan. * Manage detailed test plans for all test cycles such as System Integration testing, Load and Performance testing, Dry Run testing and User Acceptance testing * Demonstrate continuous effort to improve operations, streamline processes, and work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality testing services to our customer * Apply customer expectations, industry standards, software development, and engineering knowledge to assist teams within the program to define, document, maintain and improve processes. * Develop logic for extracting useful information from large datasets to enhance decision-making and operational efficiencies. * Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of the ERP system with other business processes. * Train new team members on testing roles, objectives, and expectations for the program Preferred: * Strong oral/written communication skills; ability to message at the right level depending on the audience * Demonstrated proactivity and sense of urgency * Strong interpersonal skills to influence/motivate people who are not direct reports * Ability to perform in adverse/tight timeline situations * Demonstrated Quick thinking, positive and can-do attitude
