Duties and Responsibilities: Contact and evaluate the skills and abilities of engineers and other technical professionals. Match candidate wants, needs and skills with customer wants, needs and requirements. Qualify candidates through discussions with their former managers. Discuss and document candidate\'s personal attributes, professional qualifications and career desires. Schedule candidate interviews, collaborate through the offer process, schedule pre-employment screenings and assist with onboarding. Manage computerized recruiting systems. Revolve around shifting priorities. Work as a member of a compact, fast moving, competitive team with well-respected seasoned staffing professionals to closely manage customer and candidate relationships. Use recruiting scouts, social media and various databases in discovery of candidates. Must be internet savvy. Skills and Specifications: Intelligence, patience, confidence, hard-working, financially motivated, creative and understanding, and professionally persistent. Ability and more importantly a true desire to listen well and learn fast. Enthusiasm, energy and desire to achieve great results; an outgoing personality is a must.
