COVANTAGE CREDIT UNION Interpreter Virtual Specialist in DE PERE, Wisconsin
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Duties Provides translation and interpreter assistance as needed between credit union employees and bilingual members. Field phone calls, voicemails, e-mails, and online messages. Assist online, mobile, and phone banking users with passwords, bill pay, deposits, and more. Deliver exceptional service while building strong member relationships. Refer members to other credit union products and services when appropriate. Provide efficient and professional service to members. Maintain member confidentiality. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Qualifications Bilingual fluency in Spanish required. Must pass credit union fluency testing and maintain working knowledge of English and secondary language. Have obtained a high school diploma or equivalent. Have experience working in a service or sales related capacity. Have strong written and verbal communication skills in both the English and Spanish language and the ability to work with a wide variety of people on a daily basis. Have the ability to be organized, efficient, and accurate in a fast-paced work environment. Proficient with Microsoft Office and Windows software programs.
