Through our multi-site network of care, we constantly strive to meet its mission in helping people find their way while educating and empowering individuals to participate in their own care and recovery. _Job Summary_ __ Provides direct clinical services, including individual, group, and family therapy. Performs case management services. Provides extensive documentation and case coordination. Clinicians are eligible for a Sign On Bonus Up To $1,500.00, in accordance with program guidelines. * Experience working with a mental health and/or chemical dependency population * Masters degree in behavioral health related field is required * Connecticut licensure required; LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LADC, or Psychologist * Valid drivers license required based on program. * Computer proficiency and keyboarding skills required.
