Responsibilities The Test Manager will provide test management and engineering support to the Light Air Attack Program Office (AFLCMC/WID) at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH in support of SOCOM PEO-FW program Armed Overwatch. * Responsible for coordinating test activities with the LDTO, OT, and vendor test teams. * Managing/participation in Test Planning Working Groups, Deficiency Review boards, and input into scheduling IMS test items. * Coordinate PMO engineering data needs with LDTO, OT, and vendor test teams for verification and certification of the platform per the CDD, VCRM, and system specification. * Provide engineering input to the execution of Link-16 and JITC certification activities for OA-1K. * Provide technical input to Engineering Change Proposals (ECP) and perform technical evaluation of the vendor provided proposals to accomplish ECPs. * Travel routinely in support of program meetings and activities in support of test meetings, engineering reviews, programmatic meetings, facility inspections, and test activities. Qualifications Required Qualifications: * Bachelor's Degree in an engineering relevant field * TS Required, SCI Eligible * 10+ Years experience providing engineering support to either a program office or directly to a military program. Desired Qualifications: Previous test manager experience or program office test experience. Knowledge of the military airworthiness process.
