Facility:Dayton Children's - Main CampusDepartment:Clinical DietitiansSchedule:Full timeHours:40Job Details:The Clinical Dietitian assesses nutritional needs; develops and implements nutritional care plans, and evaluates and reports these results appropriately; participates in on-going education programs for hospital staff and the community; participates as an integral part of the nutrition care team in assigned and covered areas; coordinates activities with the needs of the department’s management team; shares on-call responsibilities on a rotating weekly basis during non-scheduled working hours (evenings, weekends, and holidays).
Additionally, the Clinical Dietitian II position has obtained the necessary knowledge, skills, and professional work experience to demonstrate proficiency working in a focused area of practice (such as Pediatrics). Clinical Dietitian II demonstrates development of the foundation of progressive problem solving, application of in-depth scientific and theoretical knowledge, and utilizes professional experience in the care of patients.
