The Key Account Manager - New Business Development will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and closing new business opportunities with large accounts. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales and account management, particularly with high-value clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.

Remote Location: This position is designated as remote, allowing work to be performed from anywhere in the US, preferably near a major airport.

What you will do:
Identify and target potential large accounts that align with the company's strategic goals.
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to acquire new business from large accounts.
Conduct market research to understand the needs and challenges of potential clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target accounts.
Present and demonstrate the value of Oxbox HVAC Residential Equipment to prospective clients.
Negotiate and close high-value deals, ensuring alignment with company objectives and profitability targets.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new clients.
Track and report on sales performance metrics, providing regular updates to senior management.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities.
What you will bring:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably with large accounts.
Proven track record of successfully prospecting, negotiating, and closing high-value deals.
Strong understanding of the Residential HVAC industry and the ability to quickly learn about Oxbox HVAC Residential Equipment.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
Compensation:
Base Pay Range: Starts at $100,000 and up based on experience and will include an incentive plan.
