Job Title: Material Handler
Job Description
We are seeking a 1st shift Shipping/Receiving - Forklift/Material Handler for our warehouse. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating a sit-down forklift and a company van or Ford F450 to move shipments. This role requires an individual who can get on and off a forklift daily and complete other tasks besides forklift operating.
Responsibilities
Operate a sit-down forklift to move materials within the warehouse.
Drive a company van or Ford F450 for deliveries and moving shipments.
Receive daily shipments from vendors and verify accuracy.
Perform data entry for receipts of purchase orders using the company ERP/MRP system.
Locate, pull, and verify materials and supplies listed on work tickets.
Pick, pack, load, and unload materials.
Handle inventory using RF scanners.
Lift up to 45-50 pounds regularly.
Essential Skills
1-2 years of sit-down forklift/driving experience.
Ability to operate a company van/truck for deliveries.
Experience with material handling and general labor.
Proficiency in using RF scanners.
Strong attention to detail for data entry and inventory management.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with ERP/MRP systems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Davenport, Iowa.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
