Robert Half Compliance Analyst in Davenport, Florida
Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Compliance Analyst to join our team. Based in Davenport, Florida, the successful candidate will be involved in various compliance activities within our organization, including the evaluation of purchase orders, audit preparation and support, and the development of compliance reports and metrics.
Responsibilities
• Provide guidance to the purchasing organization to ensure compliance with FAR, DFAR, and internal company policies and procedures.
• Evaluate purchase orders for adherence to regulatory and company standards.
• Assist in the preparation and execution of audits.
• Support audits conducted by DCAA, DCMA, and internal audit organizations.
• Develop and produce metrics and reports to highlight and address compliance concerns.
• Use Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel and PowerPoint, to maintain and analyze data.
• Utilize strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with various teams within the organization.
• Interpret and enforce company policies and work instructions, providing clear guidance to team members.
• Leverage expertise in supply chain logistics to support compliance efforts.
• Utilize advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and macros, to analyze and present data.
• Ensure the timely processing of authorizations and other compliance-related tasks. Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
• Knowledge of company policies and procedures
• Experience in compliance and audit roles
• Familiarity with 'About Time' software
• Understanding of auditing techniques and regulations
• Engineering background is a plus
• Ability to generate metric reports
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with purchase orders and authorizations
• Mastery of Microsoft Office Suites
• Familiarity with internal audit processes
• Knowledge of supply chain logistics
• Proficiency in R Code and use of templates
• Experience in logo design is a plus
• Knowledge of Pivot Table
• Familiarity with Maps API
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
• Language interpretation skills are a plus.
