Insight Global Senior IT Project Manager in Dallas, Texas
Job Description
· This individual will play a key role in a high-profile initiative aimed at overhauling the company's workers' claim system to enhance the in-house claims process for worker compensation, with a focus on optimal integration
· Ensure seamless integration of current in-house processes and applications with the new system, in collaboration with the external product integrator
· The project is currently in the build phase, with some design elements still being finalized
· The primary focus moving forward will be constructing and deploying the new system
· This individual will be responsible for driving the build phase, overseeing testing and change management
· Collaborate extensively with four key internal organizations: HR, Safety, Legal, and Risk Management

Skills and Requirements
7+ years of experience in Project Management (multi-phase projects)
Proficiency in managing IT projects and communicating technical concepts
Experience with third-party integrators
Ability to manage high-touch stakeholders, including executive committees, with executive presence
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Smartsheet, Teams and Microsoft Project - Experience with worker claims/worker compensation
PMP Certification null
