Team or Function Overview

The Senior Administrative Coordinator is part of our dedicated Siplast team. Siplast, a brand of GAF Commercial, offers a uniquely segmented and dedicated portfolio of building enclosure solutions for the commercial construction market. This position is based in Addison, TX and will work typically a hybrid 3:2 in office schedule based on the VP needs and travel schedule. For more information, visit www.siplast.com .

Summary

The Senior Administrative Coordinator provides administrative and coordinator support to the Siplast VP and General Manager and teams located in the Dallas Corporate Office.

Essential Duties

Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide general support to the VP, Sales, Sales Operations and Research and Development teams to include administrative tasks such as correspondence, presentations, spreadsheets, fliers, etc., meeting set up, travel arrangements, internal committee coordination, other initiatives/projects as assigned

  • Review incoming email, correspondence, phone calls and calendar management for the Siplast VP and General Manager

  • Partner and collaborate with various GAF counterparts and departments to leverage and utilize available resources such as internal communications, A/V assistance, IT support, etc.

  • Review, manage and pay invoices and coordinate vendor payments and PCard payments

  • Respond to requests fromcustomers(bothinternalandexternal)inaprofessionaland timely manner

  • Coordinate, update and maintain reports and communications with GAF and Dallas corporate office

  • Assist with facilitating meeting space, meals, and supply requests for Siplast and Dallas Corporate events

  • Support hiring managers with the administration piece of the hiring process including new hire onboarding and orientation

Physical Demands

  • Ability to position self to bend, pull, and reach at or below shoulder level to perform filing duties and application demos

Under This Roof, We Require

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • 7 yrs executive level admin and/or 3 years of progressive Coordinator experience

  • Excellent skills in planning, prioritization, initiative, organization, communication and customer service

  • Proficiency in Google Business Suite

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field

  • Knowledge of Peoplesoft
