Overview
Dallas Medical Centeris a full-service acute care hospital, conveniently located at the northeast corner of Interstate 635 and Webb Chapel in the North Dallas suburb of Farmers Branch. Our main campus includes a 155-bed hospital and four medical plazas. Services offered include medical and surgical in-patient stays, outpatient surgery, 24-hour emergency care, diagnostic radiology and laboratory, internal medicine, and family practice.
In addition to primary care physicians, specialists on the medical staff include:

Responsibilities
Manages all work related to the physical plant and ancillary systems, Engineering, Grounds, and Safety.
Plant Operations Manageracts as liaison between Medical Center and all contracted personnel/vendors performing Facilities related work.
Plant Operations Managerpresents a positive image of the hospital to patients, visitors, physicians and the public.
Qualifications
HVAC, electrical, plumbing, boilers, hazardous material and safety management experience required.
Management experience
Knowledge of hospital associated codes
Knowledge of facility buildings, equipment, and utilities
