Rate: $30.00 - $34.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)

Requirements
At least 7 years of supervisory experience.
College degree in IT or related field.
Advanced IT helpdesk, Server, and Networking knowledge (Routers, Switches, and Firewalls).
Moderate mechanical and electrical knowledge.
At least 5 years of customer/client relations experience.
At least 3 years of implementing and following IT security controls procedures.
Responsibilities
Supervises security contractors and NOC Technicians
Client relations
Cooling and equipment monitoring
Operational support
Onsite and offsite equipment monitoring
On call for emergencies
Performs other duties as assigned by the Data manager.

Work Days: Monday – Friday
Work Hours: 7:00 am – 3:00 pm; Other shifts as needed.
Required License or Certification: Valid Driver’s License in the state where the property is located, or a neighboring state in proximity to the property where applicable.
