Job Title: Maintenance Technician (Night Shift) Location: South Dallas Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, 2-2-3 Schedule
Responsibilities: Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot equipment issues, ensure safe machinery operation.
Qualifications: High school diploma, prior maintenance experience, mechanical skills.

Responsibilities
Maintains standard production objectives by operating machines properly and accurately recording production data.
Adjusts machines during start-ups to ensure consistent operation and product quality according to customer specifications.
Conducts quality assurance tests, enters data into the computer system, and has the authority to halt production if quality issues arise.
Demonstrates understanding of start-up and shut-down procedures to minimize downtime and equipment wear, ensuring safe operational conditions for all production equipment.
Actively participates in Quality training and Good Manufacturing Practice meetings to contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
Recommends, plans, repairs, modifies, and fabricates necessary elements following problems or projects.
Flexible availability for overtime and vacation coverage, with the ability to operate a forklift as needed.
Performs systems room checks and fulfills other assigned duties as required.
