Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Pay Rate: $38-$42/hr
Location: AFW5, Balch Springs, TX
Job Description
As a Controls System Technician (CST), you will be a crucial part of our fulfillment center operations. Your main focus will be on maintaining, troubleshooting, and modifying our material handling controls systems equipment. This includes PLC components, HMI components, control network components, motor controls, and standard electrical components. Your role will also involve maintaining and modifying software programs for material handling control systems. You will be our first line of escalation support, monitoring equipment metrics, coordinating new technology installations, and communicating technical issues and project timelines with our leadership and maintenance team.

Work Environment
The work environment will be a large, high-speed distribution facility with automated equipment, including robotic components. Be prepared to walk approximately 10,000 steps per day. Your performance will be tracked by data and numbers to ensure you are meeting expectations. Please note that we do not micromanage, but maintain a system to understand performance levels. All candidates must be open to any 10-hour shift as we have available positions across all shifts.
