About the Role:

This candidate will provide analytical support to District Real Estate Services (RES) and assist in preparing and executing recommendations to improve effectiveness, efficiency, costs in operations, workflows, and methodologies. Works under general supervision within a clear framework of accountability, has routine and non-routine assignments and some autonomy.

You Will:

  • Conduct analysis of RES performance metrics

  • Produce District RES reports and dashboards (Power BI)

  • Assist team members with procurements and accounts payable

  • Conduct analysis of District RES processes and provide updates to documents for audit compliance

  • Assist in District Real Estate Services (RES) vendor management

You Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree, with a major in Business Management, or related field is preferred; coursework in operations management, budgeting, and accounting is a plus

  • 3+ years of related professional work experience, with a focus on analysis, process improvement, contract management, and/or data reporting, or an equivalent combination of education and job-related experience

  • Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePointand Power BI experience

  • Customer service oriented

  • Vendor and contract management experience

Notes:

This position may be filled at various levels based on candidate's qualifications as determined by the department.

This role allows for the employee to work in a hybrid manner with some work conducted onsite at the Federal Reserve work location and some work conducted remotely. Specific schedule details will be discussed during the recruitment process.
