We are seeking a full-time onsite

stability, growth opportunity, and an excellent compensation and benefits package. You will be responsible for coordinating with the Director of Compliance and BSA Officer the development, implementation, and administration of the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) Compliance program.
QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS / EXPERIENCE / EDUCATION:
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) or equivalent work experience required.
- Minimum 5-7 years' experience in BSA/AML/OFAC Compliance Program within the financial services industry or at a financial services regulator.
- Minimum 3 years' supervisory experience preferred.
- Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (ACAMS) or Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) designation preferred.
- Verafin experience preferred (automated BSA monitoring and/or case management system).
- Knowledge of a broad range of banking products and services and key operational processes; FIS product experience a plus.
- Detail oriented with strong time management, organizational and prioritizing skills.
- Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to explain complex information to internal team members and law enforcement.
- Ability to handle highly confidential information with appropriate discretion.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday; Onsite; 8am - 5pm; some variation in work hours
