Overview
We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative for our food production facility in Dallas!
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
Provide exceptional customer service through various channels (phone, email, etc.) in both English and Spanish.
Manage and maintain customer accounts, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and orders are processed efficiently.
Handle customer complaints with professionalism and escalate issues as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures.
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's products and services to provide informed assistance to customers.
Ensure all customer interactions are documented and recorded in the company's CRM system.
Qualifications:
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a must.
Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the food manufacturing industry.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in customer service or related field is a plus.
