Topgolf Accounts Payable Supervisor in Dallas, Texas

The AP Supervisor is responsible for working with key stakeholders across the business to improve process efficiencies across Accounts Payable Department. Support the Director and SR Manager of AP by ensuring the processes are aligned with the team and Company goals and meeting performance targets. This role will also require excellent communication skills to ensure timely responses to internal customers and external vendors.

Essential Functions

•Primarily responsible for invoice processing function, managing staff and training in all aspects of Accounts Payable. This includes Coupa, Crunchtime, SAP and Docuware tools.

•Participate in month end related activities including accruals and assigned tasks

•Provide support to the accounting department as needed

•Working with Supply Chain/Procurement to improve the requisition, invoice flow and exception process

•Support the AP Director by ensuring processes are aligned with the team, Company goals and meeting/exceeding performance targets.

•Communication with vendors and internal customers including responding to adhoc inquiries, data, and reporting requests

•Participate in special projects as needed.

•Support and manage New Venue Openings

Critical Skills

5+ Years Accounts Payable ERP Experience in SAP is a plus.

2+ Accounts Payable Lead and/or supervisory experience in a high volume environment.

5+ Ability to work with vendors and employees at all levels of the organization promptly and professionally.

5+ Full Cycle Accounts Payable experience

•Familiar with working in a high volume and inventory-intensive environment.

•A thorough understanding of a three-way matching system (purchase order, receiving, and invoice)

•Ability to handle confidential information in a discreet, professional manner.

•Team player with a desire to be part of a fun and rapidly growing/changing environment

•Ability to learn quickly; make an immediate impact, and provide value-added service
