The Business Development Manager is crucial for driving new sales growth, requiring most of their time and effort. Key responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building deep customer relationships, collaborating with a global team, excelling in negotiations, managing the sales pipeline, and maintaining a passion for CRM systems. Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Operations or Engineering
5 to 7 years' prior Aerospace Metals related business development experience
Bilingual is required, fluent Japanese verbal & written
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
Focused and goal-oriented
Able to travel 50% or more (Region is Asia Pacific with a Focus on Japan)
Pay Details: $115,000.00 to $125,000.00 per year
