TAI Maintenance Engineer in Curtis Bay, Maryland
Looking for variety and technical challenges? We're searching for an experienced Maintenance Engineer to lead ongoing maintenance activities at an industrial manufacturing site. In addition, you will be responsible for solving maintenance and reliability issues and coordinate external support for maintenance troubleshooting.
Here's a Taste of What You'll Be Doing:
Develop and manage equipment maintenance plans for area equipment.
Update Preventative Maintenance Plan (PM), Condition Monitoring Routes in SAP.
Performs Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA)/Failure Mode Elimination Analysis (FMEA).
Assist with emergencies and unplanned breakdowns.
Identify critical spares and recommended spare parts inventory levels.
Identify and scope potential reliability improvement projects.
Contribute to maintenance planning and execution for outages.
Participate in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
You'll Be a Perfect Fit if You Have:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Chemical is preferred) from an accredited university.
At least five years Maintenance/Engineering experience in process manufacturing environment, such as Chemical, Paper, Metals, Refinery.
Experience in F&B, Heavy Industrial and/or Chemical manufacturing using pumps, grinders, rotary equipment OR dryers.
Compensation and benefits offering:
Pay: $100k- $135k a year (based on experience)
Annual Profit Sharing Bonus (variable depending on firm’s performance, employee performance, and tenure).
