Our WW Business Planning team is seeking an experienced Strategic Initiatives & Programs Manager to play a critical role in the development of strategic initiatives that support our global Education business. In this role, you will provide program and project management support to drive business decisions, working closely with senior leadership to ensure strategic imperatives are executed efficiently and effectively at scale. You will leverage your passion for education and forward-thinking influence to lead cross-functional teams, manage high-impact programs, and ensure alignment with WW Enterprise teams to help transform teaching and learning environments globally.

Description

In this role, you will: - Program manage key imperatives of our sales strategy from ideation to execution - Support the design, development, and implementation of strategic programs - Develop comprehensive program plans aligned with long-term business strategies and manage multiple projects simultaneously - Use project management tools to track progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies - Communicate program status, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership and facilitate stakeholder meetings - Establish metrics to measure program effectiveness and regularly review performance for continuous improvement - Influence WW Education stakeholders across multiple geographies and organizations

Minimum Qualifications

  • Typically requires minimum of 8+ years of related experience

  • Deep expertise in strategic planning and execution within the Education vertical

  • Strong analytical skills and passion for using data and insights to drive business decisions

  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering results within deadlines

  • Outstanding communication and presentation-building (e.g., Keynote) skills

  • Proficiency in project management frameworks and tools (e.g., Wrike)

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • Background in Sales Operations, Sales Finance, Corporate Strategy, Management Consulting, or similar analytical/business intelligence field

  • Experience working with global teams to deliver complex initiatives across sales strategy and sales operations

  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate self-motivation

  • Ability to aggregate information from multiple sources to formulate a cohesive strategy or direction

  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail; Ability to prioritize, manage, and advance multiple projects and deliver results in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment

  • Excellent collaboration and relationship building skills, including the ability to quickly establish trust, credibility, and influence across a variety of cross-functional and multi-directional partners

  • Resilience, tenacity, and attention to detail

  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $131,300 and $197,400, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
