Join Apple, and help us leave the world better than we found it. Apple is looking for an exceptional Motion Graphic Designer to join the WW Channel Sales & Operations (CSO) Creative team. The WW CSO organization focuses on developing and deploying worldwide sales programs and best practices to deliver an extraordinary customer experience in the channel and drive Apple Channel sales. With deep functional expertise in digital, physical, and people enablement spaces, WW CSO closely collaborates with many cross-functional groups at global and regional levels. This role will be responsible for developing, designing and executing animation and motion graphics projects, all the way from storyboarding concepts to animation and finishing. You’ll join a cross-functional team working on highlighting Apple products and solution in a variety of business sectors.

Description

In this role, you will: - Collaborate with content creators, business stakeholders, art directors, videographers, and graphic designers to bring stories and concepts to life. - Conceptualize, create storyboards, design and animation, using different styles and approaches for deliverables as needed. - Develop well-conceived creative work that implements the business strategy.

Minimum Qualifications

Key Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in a design company, advertising agency or in-house creative environment creating animations.

  • Demonstrable fluency with Adobe Creative Cloud suite of products including After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator.

  • Expert knowledge of visual storytelling through motion.

  • Ability to 2D character animate- via cel animation, character rigging, shape layers.

  • Experience in 3D such as Cinema 4D/ Maya a plus.

  • Knowledge of macOS and iOS, including Apple software like Keynote and Final Cut Pro.

  • Familiarity with the Apple brand, look and feel.

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

  • Approach problem solving from multiple angles.

  • Excellent collaborative skills.

  • Highly professional, with the ability to deliver solid work on tight schedules and work independently with little direction.

Preferred Qualifications

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, motion graphics, interaction design, art, film, broadcast, audio, media production or related

Additional Requirements

    • Must submit a demo reel or portfolio website that clearly demonstrates design and animation work
    • Show proficiency in design and animation through a motion graphics assignment

Pay & Benefits

  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $110,700 and $166,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
