We're seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Recruiter, Electrical Infrastructure (RavenVolt) to join our dynamic team and assist in attracting and retaining top talent to support RavenVolt , an ABM Company. RavenVolt is a leading nationwide provider of grid-interactive turn-key microgrid solutions and utility battery systems utilized by diversified commercial and industrial customers, national retailers, utilities, and municipalities.
This is a Hybrid Work Arrangement (In-office 3 days/week) at ABM’s Electrification Center located in Cumming, GA .
As an ABM Talent Acquisition Recruiter , you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and hiring exceptional professionals focused in the electrical infrastructure industry. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and manage the full recruitment life cycle. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring our organization is staffed with the right individuals who can contribute to our success.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and develop job descriptions.
Source, interview, and assess potential candidates to determine their qualifications and suitability for open positions.
Build a network of qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, industry events, and referrals.
Develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions and trade organizations to tap into emerging talent.
Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to recruitment.
Manage recruitment databases and track key performance metrics.
Provide a positive candidate experience, ensuring candidates are well-informed and engaged throughout the hiring process.
Work with hiring managers to facilitate the interview process, including scheduling, debriefs, and offer negotiations.
Maintain regular communication with candidates and provide feedback, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
Assist in developing and implementing onboarding and orientation programs to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the organization.
Partner and collaborate with Human Resources, Total Rewards/Compensation, TA Leadership, Hiring Managers, and other internal business partners.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Full cycle recruiting experience (corporate or agency), demonstrating successful direct sourcing techniques and effective relationship management skills.
Proven experience recruiting for professional positions, preferably in technical (i.e, Microgrids, electrical infrastructure, engineering), corporate functions, facilities management or building/facilities engineering fields.
Knowledgeable in full life cycle recruiting components, including sourcing, qualifying, networking, and assessing candidate skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
Ability to work independently and in a team, with strong attention to detail.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment.
