Amazon Studios is the home for talent, creating and producing original films and television series for a global audience. Original series premiere exclusively on Amazon Prime Video, which is available in over 200 countries and territories.
Our teams are responsible for introducing distinctive, critically-claimed award-winning originals like The Boys, Rings of Power, The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel, Jack Ryan, and more.
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager (Technical) to join our Studios Technology team in Culver City, CA to help build our Digital Media Supply Chain product suite.
In this role you will work with software engineering teams and partner with Localization, Marketing and Post Production executive stakeholders to define, build, implement and maintain business critical software products leveraged by our development, business and production teams globally.
You will be responsible for creating the roadmap and driving the product vision through evaluation and successful implementation while scaling technology solutions as needed.
You will also partner with production and post-production executives, program managers and other product managers at Amazon Studios to deliver new tools and capabilities to re-invent the Studios production processes with innovative technology.
You will work closely with our creative talent at Amazon Studios to develop new product ideas and you will own the delivery of new capabilities from inception, development and deployment to our customers.

Key job responsibilities
• Define and build the product strategy and roadmap for the Media Supply Chain - Localization product suite
• Define features, author business requirements documentation, author product architecture and workflow artifacts related to your product suite
• Make product and technical recommendations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, engineers, project managers and designers to execute and deliver products and features.
• Influences the strategic direction (business and technology) and engineering priorities.
• Handle complex product development and management scenarios.
• Make smart trade-offs (time vs. effort vs. features).
• Collaborate with product and engineering resources to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Facilitate product discovery workshops, deep dives and user acceptance testing for your product suite
• Collaborate with strategy teams on leadership updates related to WBR, MBR, and QBR.
• Coaching and development of team members and support hiring efforts.
About the team
The Studios Technology team focuses on creating technology tools and cloud-based infrastructure to automate, streamline, and optimize processes and information workflows throughout the entire content creation lifecycle at Amazon Studios.
Basic Qualifications
4+ years of end to end product delivery experience
5+ years of technical product or program management experience
Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
Bachelor's degree
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Experience managing technical products or online services
Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
