Purpose of the Job

Working as an assistant to the DCCL Manager, you will assist in the data capturing and visualization relating to the firms Data Centre portfolio. Working within the team, you will be responsible for gathering data relating to sustainability, regulatory reporting, and performance metrics from a wide range of stakeholders. The stakeholders will be both internal and external and will be spread across three regions across the globe. These are ASIA, The Americas and EMEA.

As this is a new role to the Client account, this role will develop and evolve over time to include a measuring and monitoring a wider scope of business-critical metrics.

Key Skills

  • Quick to learn the functionality of tools, systems, and dashboards

  • Experienced in using Microsoft O365

  • Ability to work across a large organization with multiple stakeholders

  • Have a basic understanding of auditing and reviewing information

  • Excellent communication skills as this role will involve stakeholder management

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Collaborating with external vendors to manage and gather SOC reports and maintain database

  • Compiling a database relating to TVRA reports and ensuring report dates are delivered

  • Exporting reports from existing tooling (SNOW) and reviewing with EDC Ops managers and reporting the findings.

  • Obtaining Access control reports and compiling data for review

  • Working alongside EDC personnel to gather all the required sustainability metrics

  • Attend and minute Quarterly Business Reviews with critical vendors/Colo providers and reporting any findings

  • Obtaining data relating to Individual Colo performance and presenting data in a clear

  • Supporting the DCCL manager with regards to QA testing of EDC global operations procedures
