Purpose: Maintaining quality standards; 30 minute meals; consistent plate presentation and recipes.
Duties (includes, but not limited to the following):
Maintaining quality standards; 30 minute meals,; consistent plate presentation and recipes.
Keeping refrigerators, freezers and store rooms clean and organized.
Helping with inventory.
Make sure the food is prepped for the day, cooked to the proper temperatures and uphold industry standards to Colorado Health Department codes.
Clean as you go; equipment and work station.
