Robert Half is seeking a Director of Financial Reporting to oversee all aspects of our client's financial reporting operations. Responsibilities:
Oversee the preparation and detailed analysis of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, ensuring they meet GAAP or relevant accounting standards such as IFRS.
Manage the preparation and timely filing of periodic reports with the SEC, including Form 10-K, Form 10-Q, and Form 8-K, ensuring full compliance with all regulatory requirements and disclosure obligations.
Stay current with accounting standards and pronouncements from regulatory bodies like the FASB and SEC. Provide expert guidance on the implementation and interpretation of complex accounting issues, including revenue recognition, lease accounting, and financial instrument accounting.
Develop and maintain robust internal controls over financial reporting (ICFR) to guarantee the integrity of our financial information and ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements or other relevant regulations.

Requirements • Must possess significant experience in a VP/Director of Finance role or similar senior-level finance positions
• Proficiency in using '3M' software is required
• Strong knowledge of Accounting Software Systems is essential
• Experience with 'ADP - Financial Services' is a must
• Demonstrated expertise in Capital Expenditure (CapEx) management
• Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
• Familiarity with various accounting functions and principles
• Experience in auditing, including internal and external audits
• Strong knowledge of budget processes and financial forecasting
• Expertise in capital management and cash flow analysis
• Excellent leadership, strategic planning, and organizational skills
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
• Must have a high level of integrity, confidentiality, and accountability
• Ability to work under pressure, plan personal workload effectively and delegate.
