Description
We are recruiting for a Front Desk Coordinator role, primarily based in Covington, Louisiana. The position is in the administrative and property management industry and involves offering support to tenants, handling a multi-line phone system, and managing administrative tasks. This role offers a short-term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Answering phone calls and addressing inquiries from tenants
• Managing walk-in visits and assisting with lease ups
• Undertaking data entry tasks, mainly in Excel, to provide account support
• Ensuring efficient and accurate processing of leasing and property management paperwork
• Utilizing Microsoft Word and Excel for various administrative tasks
• Keeping customer records up-to-date and accurate
• Organizing files and maintaining a clean and efficient workspace
• Providing top-notch customer service to all clients
• Assisting with additional administrative tasks as required
• Using interpersonal skills to create a positive and detail-oriented environment
Requirements
• Proven experience in administrative assistance
• Ability to answer a multi-line phone system effectively
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Accuracy and speed in data entry tasks
• Excellent interpersonal skills for interacting with diverse individuals
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word
• Demonstrated ability to organize files efficiently
• Previous experience as a Leasing Consultant is beneficial
