Dickinson Center, Inc. has provided a continuum of mental health, intellectual disability, and Children's Prevention services in Northwestern Pennsylvania since 1958. The *Director of Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services is *Responsible for the day to day operations of the program including supervision of employees, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, monitoring financial performance, and ensuring that services delivered meet agency and regulatory standards. Facilitates recovery-oriented activities. Participates in the direct provision of services approximately 50% of work hours.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience
Education
A PR director shall have one of the following:
- A bachelor's degree and CPRP certification.
- A bachelor's degree and at least 3 years work experience in mental health direct service, 2 years of which must be work experience in PR. CPRP certification shall be attained within 2 years of hire as a PR director.
Experience
- 2+ years of supervisory experience preferred.
Certifications & Licenses
- Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner (CPRP) certification is preferred; shall seek to obtain within 2 years of hire in the program with agency training and guidance provided.
- Valid driver's license.
