Position Summary Details
The Floor Tech position provides the cleaning and upkeep of an assigned area.
Essential Functions
The floor technician may be responsible for cleaning and maintaining floors, including stripping, scrubbing, buffing, waxing, refinishing, sealing and spot cleaning. Also responsible for using safety measures in work areas.The floor technician may be asked to assist with special projects within the account as needed. Willing to complete other duties as assigned.
Notifies managers concerning the need for minor or major repairs or additions to building operating systems.
Establishes and maintains effective communication and working relationships with clients, co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, managers, etc.
Complies with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authorities.
Floor Tech must be flexible and willing to complete all tasks that are assigned.
Qualifications :
Must be 18 years of age or older
Ability to lift 25 pounds
Must be detail oriented and possess the willingness to learn new concepts and demonstrate the ability to perform detailed work.
Shifts: 6:00 PM - 2:30 AM (Monday - Friday)
Hourly Pay : $18.00 / hr
