The incumbent will serve as the contact for housing assistance and liaise with community partners. The incumbent will also assist and facilitate inspections as required and manage a caseload and housing procurement plans. This work is performed under the general direction of Commissioner of Social Services or his/her designee with leeway allowed for carrying out specific details of the program. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Either:(a)Possession of an Associate’s degree and two (2) years of full time paid work experience in a human services position; OR(b)Possession of high school diploma and four (4) years of full-time work experience in a human services position.NOTE:Degree must have been awarded by a college or university accredited by a regional, national, or specialized agency recognized as an accrediting agency by the U.S. Department of Education/U.S. Secretary of Education. If the degree was awarded by an educational institution outside of the United States and its territories, applicant must provide independent verification of equivalency.
