Experienced Shipping Team Member A full-time position with Redding Reloading Equipment, a 79 year old manufacturing company in Cortland NY, for an experienced shipping team member. This is not an entry level position. Candidate should have minimum of 3-5 years of Shipping Department Experience. Picking, Packing, Over packing, familiarity with UPS shipping systems and USPS on line shipping systems. Accuracy is crucial in this active and vibrant area of our plant. We ship via SPS to LTL and on rare occasions truck load domestically. We prepare numerous shipments for direct export to Canada and world-wide through freight forwarders. Knowledge in the preparation of export guidelines, paperwork and proper handing of export items is a strong positive for this position. The company has a 4 day, 40 hour work week, competitive pay structure starting between $17.00 and $20.00 per hour, plus overtime when needed. Experience, computer abilities and other direct skills are significant factors we will be considering. Hours are 7:00 AM until 5:30 PM, Monday thru Thursday. Overtime, if available is on primarily Friday mornings and will be requested on a weekly basis when needed.
