Parts Department Counter

Duties: Assist customers and service technicians in finding the right automotive parts and accessories. Process orders for parts, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment. Maintain inventory levels by conducting regular stock checks and reordering parts as needed. Ensure parts are stored and labeled properly to facilitate easy access. Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and offering product recommendations. Process returns, exchanges, and warranty claims in a professional manner. Keep the parts department organized and clean.

Requirements: Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories is a plus. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Other Requirements: Possess a valid driver's license and able to pass a drug test & background check. Prior experience in an automotive parts department or related field is preferred but not required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Attention to detail and accuracy in all transactions.

Wage: $15-$20 per hour. The right candidate can move out of hourly work and into a salary-paid position with commission. The salary with commission, on average, pays 40 to 50k a year.

Shift: This full-time position is scheduled from 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday during the probationary period. After the probationary period, the shift would be from 8:30 to 5:30; this is our closing shift. Will also be scheduled for one Saturday that rotates with each employee. After the probationary period will work every 4th Saturday from 8am to noon.
