Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a Junior Part Designer job in Corry, PA. As a Part Designer you will be responsible for creating 3-D models of parts using Solidworks design software, overseeing the production process, reporting, and other duties as necessary. Responsibilities for this Junior Part Designer job include:

·Creating 3-D models of parts using Solidworks design software based on customer specifications

·Measuring parts with complex shapes and geometries used to develop product drawings

·Working with tool shops and vendors to develop quotes

·Overseeing the sampling of the mold for accuracy

·Maintaining detailed reporting

·Generating necessary paperwork

·Other duties as required

Qualifications:

·Associate's Degree or two-year equivalent in design, CAD, or drafting

·3D design experience required, SolidWorks experience preferred

Pay Details: $21.00 to $28.00 per hour
