Corpus Christi Ramen House LLC dba Mikoto Ramen Bar Part-Time Wok Line Cook (Corpus Christi, Tx) in Corpus Christi, Texas
Duties: - Prepare and cook menu items (appetizers, rice bowls, noodle bowls, and desert, according to recipes and quality standards - Assist in menu planning and preparation - Ensure food is prepared and served in a timely manner - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen - Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures
Assist different kitchen stations, collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation
Do kitchen side jobs as assigned
Coordinate with management on inventory tracking
Experience: - Experience with using commercial wok (preferred)
Previous experience in Asian restaurant (preferred)
A minimum of 1 year of cooking experience required.
Food handlers permit required upon hire.
Knowledge of kitchen operations and meal preparation techniques
Ability to handle and prepare food safely and hygienically

- At a minimum of two reference contacts are required.
