There are three major things that differentiate IT’SUGAR from other candy retailers. First is the product – an unconventional twist on traditional candy store goods that focus on the humorous and outlandish. Second is the ambiance – full of bright colors, loud music, and lighthearted rebellion. Third is the people – passionate, optimistic, and energetic.
The Production Artist is creative, computer savvy graphical expert. Whether it’s print production or digital design, this artist creates a finished product that meets organizational branding goals. We’re looking for a multi-talented, highly collaborative creative individual with strong storytelling capabilities. Our ideal candidate possesses an impressive design portfolio, thrives in a fast-paced environment and has experience working in an array of design mediums.
What you’ll do? IT’S Exciting!
Supports all production design functions across the company:
Packaging
Marketing
Digital
In-Store Visual
Executes production for creative campaigns and store visuals.
Produces powerful content (graphics, photography, video) that captures humor and storytelling.
Works collaboratively with internal teams.
Partners with third parties, agencies, stores and partners to produce content.
Brings packaging and signage to production.
Designs presentations for various needs.
Produces digital content to support brand initiatives.
Assists with brainstorms around new products and marketing campaigns.
Performs other administrative tasks as assigned.
What you need to join the fun! (besides SUGAR)
Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Photography, Film or related field required.
1-3 years of experience in a related field.
Highly collaborative and energetic.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Able to create content in all mediums: photography, video and graphics.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite or related software.
Video and motion graphics skills are a plus
